Request your
implant consultation.
Know your options first.

An implant consultation is a low-pressure hour: a 3D scan, an honest look at your options, and a written plan with real costs — so you can decide with everything in front of you. No obligation to move forward.

One hour,
no guesswork.

The point of the consultation is simple: give you a clear, honest picture of what implant treatment would actually involve for you — and what it would cost — before you commit to anything.

1
A 3D scan of your jaw · ~10 min

A low-radiation CBCT scan gives us a precise, three-dimensional view of your bone and the surrounding anatomy. This is what makes implant planning accurate instead of guesswork.

2
Exam & conversation · ~20 min

We look at the site, review your health history, and ask what matters most to you — chewing, appearance, avoiding dentures, budget. There are no wrong answers here.

3
Your real options, explained

Single-tooth implant, a bridge, full-arch All-on-4, or dentures anchored on implants — we walk through what fits your situation, and we'll tell you plainly if an implant isn't the right call.

4
A written plan & cost · ~10 min

You leave with a written treatment plan and an itemized estimate — what insurance covers, what's out of pocket, and financing options if you want them. No pressure, no same-day hard sell.

The implant experience
you'd otherwise drive
to St. Louis for.

Our practice has placed nearly 3,000 dental implants — an unusual volume for a general dental office, and the kind of case experience you'd normally only find at a specialty practice in the city. Whatever your situation, chances are we've treated it before, many times over.

Every implant is placed on-site — not referred out to St. Louis — as part of a real family practice that also handles your cleanings, crowns, and emergencies. One team, one place, start to finish.

Common
questions.

Does the consultation cost anything?
There may be a fee for the 3D scan and exam, which many insurance plans put toward diagnostic coverage — we verify that for you first. If you move forward with treatment, it's typically credited toward your care. We'll be clear about any cost before you come in.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed. Because we place implants on-site rather than sending you to a specialist in the city, you can request a consultation with us directly.
I've been told I don't have enough bone. Now what?
That's a common situation and often still workable. Bone grafting can rebuild the site, and full-arch approaches like All-on-4 are designed to use the bone you have. The 3D scan tells us exactly what's possible — bring your questions.
How long does the whole implant process take?
It varies by case. Some full-arch patients leave with a temporary set of teeth the same day the implants are placed, while single implants often involve a healing period before the final crown. Your written plan will lay out the timeline for your specific situation.
