St. Clair Family Dentistry is a family dental practice in the heart of St. Clair. People come here for honest, unhurried care — and for a team that treats them like neighbors, not numbers.
Dr. Phillip Buckley — newly separated from an active-duty U.S. Army dental career — came home to Missouri with a deep commitment to caring for patients. He kept the team. Kept the ethics. Added the technology. Modernized the space.
In January 2024, we were fortunate to add Dr. Daniel Darrow to the team. Dr. Darrow had spent seven years focused exclusively on implant dentistry, placing nearly 3,000 implants. His joining meant we no longer had to send our most complex implant cases to St. Louis. We could do them right here.

Dr. Phillip Buckley
A St. Louis native and UMKC graduate, Dr. Buckley trained in the U.S. Army — completing a 12-month AEGD residency at Fort Campbell — before coming home to Missouri. Now he's proud to be your dentist in St. Clair, committed to honest, unhurried care.
Outside the office, Phil and his wife Michaela are raising five kids, and he's happiest outdoors with them.
Dr. Daniel Darrow
A UMKC graduate, Dr. Darrow spent five years in general family dentistry before concentrating his focus on implants. Over the next seven years he placed nearly 3,000 of them — full-arch, grafting, and the complex cases many practices refer out — and joined St. Clair Family Dentistry in January 2024.
He brings a kind, gentle spirit to the practice, and away from the office he's raising four boys with his wife Rachel.

Many general dentists refer implant cases out. Dr. Darrow places them himself — nearly 3,000 to date. No referral, no handoff, no driving to St. Louis. The implant work happens here, with the same team that does your cleanings.
Transparent costs,
before you commit.
Most dental offices hide pricing behind "call for consultation." We publish our ranges and quote specific cases in writing after the 3D scan. You shouldn't need to book a second appointment to find out what something costs.
Emergencies get in
the same day.
We hold time every day for dental emergencies. Broken tooth, severe pain, knocked-out tooth — call us in the morning, we'll see you that day whenever clinically possible. You shouldn't have to triage your own dental pain over a holiday weekend.
